How to play
Fill every row, column, and outlined 3×3 box with the digits 1 through 9, using each digit exactly once in each group. Every puzzle in Sudoku Studio has exactly one solution.
Select a cell and choose a number, or switch to Number first to lock a digit and place it in several cells quickly. Turn on Notes for pencil marks (N or Space switches it on and off). Arrow keys move the selection, Delete erases, and Ctrl/Cmd+Z undoes.
Assistance that respects your solve
Peer and matching-number highlights, automatic note cleanup, immediate mistake checking, and automatic candidates are all optional. The Hint tool never fills a cell for you: it points at a wrong entry if there is one, else at a cell only one digit fits or a digit with only one place to go, else at the cell with the fewest candidates. There is no three-mistake game over.
Your score starts from the difficulty’s base (Easy 2,500, Medium 4,500, Hard 7,000, Expert 10,000). Time, hints and checks are taken off; with ‘Show wrong entries immediately’ on, so are mistakes.
